One person was shot and killed during an officer involved shooting Friday morning in Lakeville according to the Dakota County Sheriff's Office.
It happened at 11:40 a.m. while officers served a search warrant at 20800 Italy Avenue. No officers were harmed in the incident and the suspect was shot. According to the Star Tribune, the suspect died as a result of the shooting.
