Baseball will rule the day Saturday in Cleveland as the Minnesota Twins (89-57) and Cleveland Indians (86-61) square off in an American League Central showdown not once, but twice.

In the middle of the third innings, tied 2-2, rain washed out Friday night's game between the two teams, who are battling for first place in the division.

Saturday's matinee game begins at 12:10 p.m. when the Indians send right handed pitcher Mike Clevinger (11-2) to the mound against the Twins bullpen. Minnesota will look to their relief pitchers to turn out 18 solid innings Saturday, with starters for both games yet to be announced by Twins manager Rocco Baldelli.

The Twins welcomed back Max Kepler and Miguel Sano to the lineup Friday night, but not for very long as Mother Nature caused a 1-hour and 57-minute rain delay before ultimately pushing the game to Saturday. Friday's matchup saw Indians rookie Aaron Civale (3-3) face Jake Odorizzi (14-6).

The 12:10 p.m. game will be followed by game two's 6:10 p.m. first pitch.
