St. Paul police announce an arrest in that city's first homicide of the year New Year's Day.
Police say the 30-year old St. Paul man was picked up near the intersection of Como and Jessamine Avenues Friday morning.
He's suspected in the killing of Carl Dobbs, Jr., whose body was found in a car near Johnny Baby's Bar on West University Avenue around bar close Wednesday morning.
The suspect is in the Ramsey County Jail awaiting charges.
