Two men were arrested in connection to the death of a St. Paul firefighter and member of the National Guard.
Brothers 36-year-old Blake Caraway and 39-year-old Dontay Caraway where arrested in Florida and Oklahoma, respectively, where they’re being held on suspicion of 2nd-degree murder, according to the St. Paul Police Department.

September 16, 2019 Police have not released further details about the death of 36-year-old Thomas Harrigan, who was fatally shot Sept. 2 in his home in the 1700 block of Ave. E. Law enforcement had made multiple calls to the home, including in the days leading up to the shooting.
