Three of the four former Minneapolis police officers involved in the death of George Floyd are now no longer in custody.
Saturday morning, 34-year-old Tou Thao posted $750,000 bond and was released from the Hennepin County jail.
The only former officer still in jail is Derek Chauvin, who was seen on video kneeling on Floyd's neck, with Thao nearby and seen keeping bystanders away from the scene.
Former officers J. Alexander Kueng and Thomas Lane were released on bond earlier.
All four former officers are back in court on September 11th.
Chauvin is charged with second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter with culpable negligence.
He remains in the Oak Park Heights prison, with bail set at $1.25 million.
Thao, Kueng, and Lane all are charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder while committing a felony, along with aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter with culpable negligence.
Video of the confrontation on May 25 sparked sometimes violent protests in the Twin Cities and around the world, and reignited calls for criminal justice reform.
