There have been at least two reported homicides in St. Paul in the last 24 hours.

The city's latest reported homicide happened late Sunday night.

Police say a man who was fatally shot in the chest was found in a parked car in the Summit-University neighborhood near the intersection of Saint Anthony Avenue and Dale Street.

There are no arrests.

Shell casings were found a block away, suggesting the victim had driven away from the scene of the shooting.

The man was unconscious when police arrived and died at Regions Hospital.

Another man who may have been cut with broken glass was treated and released from Regions, and police believe he was hurt during the shooting incident.

That man was been interviewed by police in an attempt to find out what led to the shooting.

This comes after a 37-year-old woman was arrested on Sunday after a man was found dead in his apartment on the 600 block of Front Avenue in the Como-Dale area.

Officials would not give many details on what police saw in that building.

It's not known what the relationship is between the woman and the man found dead.

This brings to 26 the reported homicides this year in St. Paul.
