Police from three agencies say they will not release dash cam video of an officer-involved shooting that happened in Richfield nearly two months ago.
30-year-old Brian Quinones was shot and killed near 77th and Chicago Avenue on September 7 following a police chase with Edina officers.
Richfield police were also involved, with reports indicating officers opened fire when Quinones exited his car with a knife.

The shooting was reportedly captured on seven squad-car dashboard cameras, while Quinones live-streamed the pursuit from his car.
Hennepin County authorities say releasing the video would jeopardize the investigation into the shooting.
A demonstration related to the dash cam video takes place this afternoon at Hennepin County's government center plaza.
Edina police officials have shown parts of the video to Quinones' family.
Officers in Edina do not yet use body camera technology, while Richfield's use of body cameras by police is limited and none of the cameras was at the scene when Quinones was shot.
