Motorists are urged to use extra caution if headed on the roads. Lt. Gordon Shank of the Minnesota State Patrol talked to Dave Lee Wednesday. "Since 4:00p.m., we have responded to 261 crashes, 9 of which were injuries, and 325 vehicles that were off-road. We've been pretty busy statewide," said Shank.
