Snow emergencies remain in effect Tuesday in both Minneapolis and St. Paul following the weekend storm.
That means the one-side-of-the-street parking rules that had been in effect in both cities are suspended until the middle of the week.
The snow emergencies in both cities will end by Wednesday.
