A North Memorial Hospital nurse and medical helicopter pilot were killed early Friday morning when the craft went down at Brainerd airport.
Officials from North Memorial Health say the crash happened around 1 a.m.
There were no patients on board the helicopter, which injured another crew member.
That crew member is hospitalized at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd.
Federal officials have been notified about the crash, and they'll try to find out how the crash happened.
No names are released.
