It's another year of waiting for Kenny Chesney fans.
The country music superstar announced Monday that his delayed "Chillaxification" tour, which was supposed to take place in 2020, is not off until 2022 because of continued COVID-19 pandemic concerns.
The tour was supposed to perform in front of Chesney's No Shoes Nation May 2, 2020, but that was pushed back to June 5, 2021.
Dates for the 2022 tour have not been determined.
It was announced that next year's tour will have a new name and new music, but tickets purchased for all 2021 dates will be honored next year.
Anyone who bought a ticket and can't attend the new 2022 dates will get a refund.
