American League Central Divison CHAMPIONS! That's the first time the Minnesota Twins have claimed that title since 2010. 
After beating the Detroit Tigers 5-1, for their record setting 52nd road win of the year, the bomba squad waited anxiously in the locker room for the game between Cleveland and Chicago to go final. 
Of course this team didn't just sit around bored. 
Helping manager Rocco Baldelli celebrate his birthday, the team brought in a cake, sang happy birthday, and maybe made a little bit of mess in the visitor's locker room.
