Crews tearing down the entire Drake Hotel building

Demolition is underway for the entire Drake Hotel after the 32-hour Christmas morning fire that displaced 250 people.
Officials had thought half of the building was salvageable, but with demolition work already underway, they found out the bricks are too brittle.
Fire officials have located the fire's origin, but the cause has not been determined.
It does not appear the fire was intentionally set.
A Multi-Agency Resource Center is now open at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 720 13th Ave. South in Minneapolis.
Several local non-profits and government agencies are partnering with the American Red Cross to help those left homeless by the fire.
"Our goal is the make the next steps on the road to recovery as easy as possible by bringing resources together in one convenient location," said Phil Hansen, American Red Cross Minnesota region executive director.
They're hoping to reach $1 million to help with rental assistance and down payments for families.
