
The Gopher women just keep winning and are now on the cusp of a championship in the WBIT. They'll take on Belmont (Nashville) in the championship game Wednesday night at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
The Minnesota women's basketball team (24-11, 8-10 B1G) defeated the Florida Gators (19-18, 5-11 SEC) 66-52 on Monday evening. Minnesota never trailed in the second half on its way to victory.
The Gophers had four players score in double figures, led by Grace Grocholski, who had 20 points, six rebounds and four assists. Minnetonka's Tori McKinney added 14 points.
