In exchange for the three-time Stanley Cup and Vezina Trophy-winning goaltender, the Wild are sending the Blackhawks a conditional 2nd round pick that could become a first, according to reports.

For the pick to become a first-round selection, the Minnesota Wild will have to win two rounds of the Stanley Cup Playoffs this year, with Fleury winning at least four games in those two rounds, the Athletic reported.

The Minnesota Wild currently sit third in the Central Division standings one game and one point back of the St. Louis Blues.

The Athletic has also reported that Minnesota Wild rookie goaltender Kaapo Kahkonen could be on the move, though the announcement has not been made yet.

The Wild are in the midst of their longest home streak ever, with their next game against Flower’s former team, the Vegas Golden Knights, tonight at 7 p.m. Coach Dean Evason said that Cam Talbot is still expected to start in net for the Wild tonight.

Fleury has gone 19-21 with the Hawks, posting a .908 save percentage and 2.95 goals-against average this season.
