We're just nine days away from Minnesota Twins pitchers and catchers reporting to Fort Myers, Florida for the start of Spring Training. But Tuesday, the team announced it's promotion schedule for the 2025 regular season.

At least 43 of the Twins 81 home games will have some type of giveaway or theme night package. Spokesperson Matt Hodson says it all begins with the home opener April 3rd.

"We'll give away some beanies that day," Hodson tells WCCO.

We all love beanies. Beanies are nice. But what about bobbleheads?

"Royce Lewis bobblehead on May 24th. A Byron Buxton bobblehead with a special 'Buck Truck' sound on July 12th," explains Hodson.

Of course, they have to honor Joe Mauer, right?

"We're going to dedicate a statue of him outside the ballpark on Target Plaza April 13th," Hodson adds.

There will also be some music, a Star Wars night, "wine, women and baseball", and more. A little something for everyone.

Minnesota opens up Grapefruit League action February 22nd against the Braves, which can be heard on the radio home of the Minnesota Twins, News Talk 830 and of course on the Audacy app (in-market restrictions apply).
