WCCO Radio is home to a new weekly NFC North football show, "Inside the North," which makes its debut this Sunday.
The show will be broadcast on four stations across all NFC North major markets: Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit and in Milwaukee.
You'll hear host David Haugh, co-host of Haugh and Payton on 104.3 The Score in Chicago.
Joining him are Chad Greenway, a two-time Pro Bowl linebacker who spent his entire 11-year NFL career with the Vikings; Dave Wannstedt, who spent six seasons as head coach of the Bears; Mason Crosby, the Packers’ all-time leading scorer; and T.J. Lang, a Pro Bowl guard who won a championship in Green Bay before finishing his career in Detroit.
"I honestly don't know of any other company that's able to do this; so it's very cool that we can partner with our sister stations in Chicago, Detroit, and Milwaukee to take a weekly deep-dive into the 'black and blue' division," said Brad Lane, WCCO's Brand Manager. "I can't think of anyone with more creds to talk (smack) for the Vikings and about the other teams in the North than Chad Greenway; one of the toughest players to ever wear the purple. This will be appointment radio!"
The show airs Sunday mornings oat 10:00 a.m. on 830 WCCO, along with the Audacy app. You can also watch the show with video episodes on YouTube.
Greenway will also be a regular on Fridays at 1:35 p.m. during the season with WCCO's Chad Hartman.
The show will air Sunday mornings, starting September 13, across Audacy’s flagship sports stations in all four division markets:
- 104.3 The Score (WSCR-FM) in Chicago: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. CT
- 97.1 The Ticket (WXYT-FM) in Detroit: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. ET
- 105.7 The Fan (WSSP-FM) in Milwaukee: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. CT
- 830 WCCO (WCCO-AM) in Minneapolis: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. CT
