Vikings suspend in-person activites as Titans have 8 positive COVID tests

The Minnesota Vikings have suspended in-person operations after lasts weeks opponents, the Tennessee Titans, revealed they had eight players and staff tested positive for the coronavirus.

The Vikings and Titans played inside U.S. Bank Stadium on Sunday afternoon. The Titans released a statement today saying that they are working with both the Vikings and the NFL on confirming the cases and next steps.


According to a release by the NFL, both teams are working closely with the league and players' association to perform contact tracing and additional testing, and will provide further updates as events warrant. So far, there is no word that any Vikings tested positive for the virus.

The Vikings hosted 250 staff members and family of staff as a dry run for when they are allowed to have fans in the stadium.
