UPDATE: (3:45PM) According to the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office, the shelter-in-place has been lifted.
An emergency alert and shelter-in-place order has been instituted for Anoka County as an active shooter has been reported.
According to the Anoka County Sheriff's Office, a man has escaped deputies and may have a weapon. He was last seen in the area of Hanson and Andover Blvd.
