Washington County authorities say they have captured a man wanted in connection with the assault and death of a 68-year old woman in Hugo.
Tuesday morning the Washington County Sheriff's deputies were looking for a man is identified as Trevor Joseph Wunderlich. Authorities said he is considered dangerous but now he is in custody.
Wunderlich reportedly had last seen wearing black-and-gray shorts and no shirt.
Deputies say they answered a call of an unknown medical situation just before 6:00 p.m. Monday and found the woman injured. She was taken to a hospital where she died.
Wunderlich has a long criminal history including assault and domestic abuse and no contact orders.
