A bail hearing takes place today in Wright County for the man charged in the mass shooting inside an Allina Health Clinic in the west metro community of Buffalo.
67-year-old Gregory Ulrich faces murder and attempted murder charges in the February 9th shooting that claimed one life and wounded four others.
Ulrich is also charged with explosives and weapons violations after investigators say he also set off two homemade bombs in the clinic.
He was arrested not long after the shooting and his bail is $10 million, $5 million with conditions.
Police say they were familiar with Ulrich, who once before threatened a mass shooting at the same facility.
Authorities say Ulrich had a history of being unhappy with health care he received at the clinic.
