Minnesota Governor Tim Walz responded to news Saturday that Joe Biden was the projected winner of the 2020 presidential election.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey weighed in as well.
President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Harris are expected to address the nation Saturday at 7 p.m. CT.
News of the presidential results came the same day as the Minnesota Department of Health reported 4,647 new cases of COVID-19 statewide. The daily update included 34 newly reported deaths from the pandemic.
