An 18-year old in custody for a car jacking in St. Paul is now charged with an attempted purse-snatching that left an elderly woman seriously injured.
St. Paul Police say Isiah Jamal Foster of Richfield is now charged with first-degree aggravated robbery and third-degree assault for the incident at Walgreen's at 1110 Larpenteur Avenue on December 23rd.
The victim, an 81-year old woman, fell and hit her head and suffered bleeding on the brain and a broken pelvis.
Foster is in custody, suspected of an a car-jacking that occurred this week on Osceola Avenue.
