At a time when the labor shortage of health care workers has brought significant strain to the system, a Fluence Forum presented by UCare addresses what leaders in government, health care and hospitals are doing to plan for the future. The new initiative between UCare and the MN Hospital Association hopes to prepare Minnesota for the future, in partnership with higher education and community partnership.

The Fluence Forum is hosted by WCCO political analyst and host of Sunday Take, Blois Olson.
