The fate of a woman charged with killing her son is in the hands of a Hennepin County jury.

The jury got the case just after 2:00 p.m. Wednesday.

The state showed surveillance photos of Julissa Thaler wheeling her son out of their apartment building late on the night he was shot several times with a shotgun and stuffed in the trunk of her car.

Prosecutors also continued to show Google searches Thaler made relating to lying to police and life insurance policies.

Thaler's defense not only rejected plea deals before the trial began, but it also called no witnesses.

She faces first- and second-degree murder charges.

Eli Hart was six years old.
