Minnesota musicians will be featured at this year's Taste of Minnesota

There are two stages, two nights, good food and fireworks along with those Minnesota musicians.

Downtown Council President Adam Duinick says it is a special lineup of music.

"Polica is one of the headliners too. I know a great local band, one of my favorite local acts," says Duininck. "Dillinger Four, Dessa is really well known, of course, Brother Ali."

It all starts Friday afternoon at Nicollet Mall and Washington Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. It wraps-up Saturday with the fireworks show at 10:00 p.m.

In between, Duinick says there's a lot to do and see.

"At the corner of Washington Avenue and Nicollet is one entrance, another is at 4th and Nicollet, and so you can get in those two places," Duininck explains. "It's about a 4-block area here that will be closed down with two stages of music."

Taste of Minnesota

WHAT: From crave-worthy food vendors and standout local businesses to talented artists, inspired makers, and an all-star lineup of homegrown music, Taste of Minnesota 2026 is taking over downtown Minneapolis.

WHEN: Friday, July 3rd - 4pm-10pm, and Saturday, July 4th - 12pm-10pm with fireworks after that.

WHERE: Nicollet Mall and Washington Ave. in downtown Minneapolis.

Admission is free, and while there are no actual tickets needed to attend the event or the concert, there are virtual RSVP tickets which help them keep track of attendance numbers. Find the RSVP tickets here.
