The man accused in the political assassination of two Minnesota lawmakers is back in US District Court on Friday.
Vance Boelter was indicted by a grand jury last year after House Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman and her husband were shot and killed in their home early the morning of June 14th.
That happened not long after state senator John Hoffman and his wife were wounded.
Both survived.
Boelter was arrested at his home in Green Isle after a manhunt that lasted 40 hours.
He's accused of disguising as a police officer and was armed with several weapons.
Boelter's appearance takes place in Minneapolis at 10:00 a.m.
It is a status conference, which will keep the case moving forward.
Boelter could face the death penalty but there's no timetable on making that decision.
