Minnesota posted one of its highest one-day COVID-19 case counts on Saturday according to the Minnesota Department of Health.
MDH reported 2,268 new cases of COVID-19 and 14 new deaths from the virus, which has now killed 2,328 people in the state. 9 of the 14 new deaths were individuals living in assisted living or group home settings.
Minnesota tied its one-day high for deaths on Wednesday with 35.
