Meet the Minnesota Zoo's newest attraction, sea lions Flynn and Hudson

They were both sent via FedEx from San Antonio last week and are already attracting a crowd

California sea lions Flynn, and Hudson are the newest attraction at the Minnesota Zoo.

The sea lions were actually send via FedEx from SeaWorld, San Antonio about a week ago. The two youngsters are slowly getting acclimated to their new home.

"I think they're pretty wary of us still and what we're doing," says Leah Ngo , is the Zoo's animal care technician. "We are just kind of starting to get to know their personalities though, since we've only had them here a week."

Not surprisingly they are very food motivated.

"They really do love fish," says Ngo.

They’re curious little fellas.

"We have like these little toy trucks that you can kind of pull back and they go forward," Ngo explains. "They like to follow that. We have bubbles you can blow. They're really, really curious about stuff like that."

And the kids love them.

"I know a lot of people were really sad to see the dolphins leave, but sea lions are going to be a really cool dynamic species we think for this space, and we're really excited to show them off to the public," Ngo said. "And maybe in the future, incorporate some demos or some shows with them."

There's also a birthday party in the future. Hudson turns one on June 13.
