According to court documents, on November 20, 2022 at around 2:49 in the morning, 59-year-old Michael Allen Francisco was caught on a Ring door camera placing a homemade explosive device on the window of the salon.

Investigators say that device detonated a short time later and Francisco was seen fleeing the area in a vehicle.

Just one year later on November 6, 2023, video footage captured Francisco vandalizing the same hair salon and throwing a brick through the window.
