A missing 6 month old baby has been found safe and sound.
"We are really happy to share that My’Air Lockhart has been located," said St. Paul Police spokesperson Molly McMillen. "St. Paul Police Officers were able to recover the baby at a Minneapolis Fire Department station."
Police believed the baby was taken by his mother's boyfriend earlier this week, and that person had recently sent a threatening message.
"We are really grateful to the public,” says McMillen. “We got a lot of response from the community. We are grateful that the baby is okay."
"As of 1:45 p.m. on Aug. 17, Saint Paul Police personnel located My'Air safe and sound. Thank you to everyone who helped look for him," said a tweet from the St. Paul Police Department.
McMillen says the St. Paul Police Department investigates any and all missing person cases and anyone who has a loved one missing should call immediately.
There haven’t been any arrests in the case, but police are saying the investigation is ongoing.
