
The co-owner of the Lakeville bar that continuously defied Governor Walz's COVID pause of indoor dining and drinking faces new assault charges after he allegedly slapped a sandwich shop employee.
The Minnesota Reformer reports that Ricardo Baldazo, 39, co-owner of Alibi Drinkery, is accused of slapping a worker at the Jimmy John's in Rosemount after Baldazo's companion was asked to put on a mask.
Baldazo, who faces charges of attempted murder of a Burnsville Police Officer last September, now faces misdemeanor charges of assault and disorderly conduct.
