Dominion Voting System Monday filed a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit against Minnesotan Mike Lindell, the founder of My Pillow.
Dominion claims Lindell spread baseless claims relating to the 2020 presidential election.
Lindell is a major backer of former President Trump, and has said voting machines provided by Dominion were flipping votes to Joe Biden.
