Minneapolis police were called to Target Center Saturday night following a report of possible shots fired inside the arena during the final game of the state boy's basketball tournament.
The call came in about 9:00 p.m., and officers from the MPD, Hennepin County sheriff's deputies, and state patrol troopers reponded.
Police say there are no signs of gunfire and no weapons were found in the downtown Minneapolis building.
Officials with the Minnesota State High School League confirm a fight did break out in the concourse of the arena during the late stages of the game between Wayzata and Park Center.
