Those union members include nurses, assistants, and family medicine specialists.
In Duluth, nurses at six clinics go on strike Tuesday.
They are members of the Minnesota Nurses Association, which helped settle contract disputes in Duluth andTwin Cities hospitals earlier this month.
This comes two days before Advance Practice Providers in Duluth begin their own walkout.
The APP's joined the Minnesota Nurses Association a year ago.
