Sentencing is August 7th for a Hennepin County deputy accused in a domestic assault incident that sent a Maple Grove hospital into lockdown.
30-year-old Dillon Field pleaded guilty Monday to one count of misdemeanor domestic assault.
Court documents show he was at the hospital as his wife was giving birth, at one point yelling at her and then shoving his mother-in-law.
That chaos led to the lockdown.
Officials with the Hennepin County sheriff's office say Field was on administrative leave during an internal investigation.
