Snow emergencies are in place for both Minneapolis and St. Paul following the weekend storm that dropped up to six inches of snow throughout the Twin Cities metro.
Cars that are found parked along streets scheduled for plowing will be ticketed and towed.
That means there is no parking on even numbered sides streets or parkways in Minneapolis until the roads are plowed.
In St.Paul, day plow routes will need to be cleared of vehicles.
The snow emergencies are scheduled to expire by the middle of the week.
