St. Paul Police are investigating after over 100 Lime Scooters have gone missing from one part of the city.
Last Thursday afternoon, police received reports that roughly 105 Lime scooters, totaling over $136,000 in value, vanished from the Wabasha Street Bridge area. Each Lime scooter is valued at $1,365.
The scooters have disappeared over about a four-week period.
Police launched an investigation after a surveillance cameras captured a man throwing two scooters off the bridge into the Mississippi River.
The man was detained but investigators are now working to determine whether he is solely responsible for the missing scooters.
Police are asking the public to reach out with any leads in the case.
