Minnesota state Senator John Hoffman has been discharged from the hospital and is now at a rehabiliation facility.
This comes just weeks after he and his wife were shot in their Champlin home.
A family spokesperson confirming that news in a written statement Monday night.
Hoffman and his wife Yvette were shot multiple times in the early morning hours of June 14th about 90 minutes before State Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark were shot to death inside their home in Brooklyn Park.
Yvette Hoffman was released from hospital care less than a week after the shooting.
The man charged in the shootings, Vance Boelter, is in custody.
A grand jury is expected to hand down an indictment sometime this month.
