A suspect is in custody for a mass shooting August 26 in broad daylight in South Minneapolis.
The shooting killed one person and injured six more.
Now, 24-year old Trayveion Green is in custody and is facing murder and attempted murder charges for the incident.
The shooting took place near the intersection of 29th and Clinton next to Cristo Rey High School.
Investigators say Green fired 30 rounds from a high velocity rifle into a crowd standing on the sidewalk. Two other people were arrested earlier this month and charged with aiding an offender.
Bond for Green has been set at $2 million.
"This level of violence is sickening and unacceptable," Police Chief Brian O'Hara said after the shooting, adding that it appeared at least one of the victims was targeted.
This incident took place just one day before the Annunciation Church-School mass shooting.
