One of the biggest rock acts in the U.S. is coming to St. Paul for a Halloween show. Metal stalwarts TOOL will hit the road this fall and happen to be at the Xcel Energy Center on October 31.

The show is part of TOOL’s six-week, North American tour. Tickets are on sale this Friday, June 9 at 10:00 a.m. and will be available online here. There is a strictly enforced four-ticket limit per purchase. Pre-sale tickets are available exclusively via TOOL’s fan club, TOOL Army, on June 8 at 10:00 a.m. There are also limited numbers of VIP packages, including premium tickets, sound check access, exclusive merchandise and more.

The famously private band had announced some shows on the festival circuit at Power Trip, Aftershock and Louder Than Life. TOOL played in Minneapolis in 2022 and are still touring off their 2019 release of Fear Inoculum, for which the band has a GRAMMY Award® (Best Metal Performance for “7empest”).

Never a busy band or touring act thanks to the many side projects of members, TOOL typically puts on a show filled with videos and set designs that complement the dark and moody atmosphere of the metal group who formed in 1990.

Since that time, the band has released only five studio albums, although all of them have been met with critical acclaim. They have won four GRAMMY Awards. TOOL is Danny Carey (drums), Justin Chancellor (bass), Adam Jones (guitar) and Maynard James Keenan (vocals).
