Two men have been charged in connection with the killing of a 14-year old outside of a graduation party in Woodbury last weekend.
Jaden Townsend, 19, and Enrique Davila, 23, are both charged with aiding and abetting 2nd degree murder for the killing of Demaris Hobbs-Ekdahl.
Though both men are charged in Washington County Court, neither man is in custody, and warrants have been issued for their arrests.
The charging documents also make reference to a 17-year old juvenile defendant who also is not in custody.
Earlier this week, Hobbs-Ekdahl's stepfather, Keith Dawson, was charged with several crimes for his role in the incident that led up to the shooting of the teen. Dawson, 35, allegedly fired shots at a group who had harrased Hobbs-Ekdahl outside of the graduation party. It was then shots were returned, hitting the 14-year old.
