Minneapolis police are looking into a pair of reported homicides that happened within 12 hours of each other on Saturday.
The first happened just before noon, the second just before midnight.
The first was a man in his 20's who police say was shot near the intersection of 41st and Park in south Minneapolis.
Two suspects were seen entering a home and were eventually talked out by SWAT team members.
The man and woman were arrested.
The second reported homicide happened late Saturday night at the area of Hennepin and Lagoon Avenues in the uptown neighborhood.
A wounded man found by officers responding the call of shots fired.
Authorities say it appears the shooting happened after a verbal altercation between two people moved outside from a local business, and shots were fired.
There are no arrests in that shooting.
There are now 26 reported homicides this year in Minneapolis.
