Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins is helping raise awareness about human trafficking.
Cousins works with International Justice Mission, a Christian organization that works to combat human trafficking around the world.
The Super Bowl is a time when human trafficking is at the forefront, as big events attract criminals who deal in trafficking.
"It makes my blood boil," Cousins told CBS News. "To think that it happens to young people all over the world in the tens of millions. It's disturbing, and they're able to do this, they are able to get away with it, because it operates in the shadows."
The US State Department estimates 25 million people around the world subjected to human trafficking, often for sex.
