Squirrels and drivers are constantly battling over who deserves to be on the road more. Usually, this leads to a standoff; as drivers either swerve, slam on their breaks or barrel through as squirrels freeze in the middle of the road. However, one driver recently found a new reason to hate squirrels after one decided to stash thousands of nuts inside his vehicle.

Bill Fischer of Fargo, North Dakota recently went to check under the hood of his Chevy Avalanche, but what he discovered wasn’t a normal maintenance issue. Instead he discovered thousands of lemon-sized black walnuts inside his car. Fischer soon realized the nuts were put there by a red squirrel that lives in a tree on his property.

Of course, Fischer soon saw that the walnuts under the hood were just the tip of the iceberg, as he also found nuts in his fender and every other compartment the squirrel could access. According to Bro Bible, Fischer removed 42 gallons of nuts from his vehicle. Hopefully he gets his revenge by stashing some things inside the squirrel’s tree.
