Mugshots of Derek Chauvin, who is currently serving 22 ½ years for the murder of George Floyd, were released on Saturday.
In April, Chauvin was convicted of all three charges brought against him, and at the end of June, he was sentenced for the murder of Floyd. He was sent to immediately begin serving his sentence at Minnesota Correctional Facility-Oak Park Heights.

Chauvin is still awaiting sentencing on federal civil rights charges while reports say he's working on a plea deal to make the sentence concurrent with the one he's serving now.
