After making headlines last year for “This Candle Smells Like My Vagina,” actress and Goop lifestyle brand-founder Gwyneth Paltrow is promoting another candle with a provocative name as part of a holiday gift guide.
“This Candle Smells Like My Orgasm” is also made by Paltrow’s brand. It can be yours for $75.
Its scent is described as “sexy, surprising, and wildly addictive.”
Items in the Goop guide are separated into 10 separate lists with themes such as The Ridiculous but Awesome, The Under-$100 and The Lover, as well as guides specifically for men, children, party hosts and more. Goop’s orgasm candle is one of the 55 items on the “The Lover” list of recommendations, which also includes a $95 double-sided vibrator, an $81 monthly cheese subscription and the $45 melting massage stone.
Of course, one of the most fun parts of the guide is the “The Ridiculous but Awesome” section, which includes its most expensive item, a $34,000 “bubble gum gym,” with gold-plated details and lacquered wood. This section also includes $5,000 Air Jordan sneaker-making class and a $10,500 Chanel sled.
Other highlights of the guide include: a $28 pink oyster mushroom-growing kit for wellness-minded folks, a $1,375 wine decanter suggested for party hosts in your life, a $2,916 electric bike for hard-to-please significant others, a $250 ball pit for babies, a $120 mortar and pestle for cooks, a $500 infrared sauna blanket for men and $50 sleep vitamins for travelers.
