
Bad news struck Buc-ee's, the gas station convenience store that everyone wants in their town, with headlines announcing that the son of co-founder Donald Wasek has been arrested for 'invasive visual recordings.'
And not once or twice ... He faces 28 counts.
According to reports, house guests of MItchell Wasek's at his dad's lake house on Lake Travis noticed at least one hidden camera in one of the home's bathrooms.
The group took the cameras and discovered they contained 68 videos of people "using toilets, showering, changing clothes, and/or having sex."
KXAN in Austin, Texas reported that Mitchell Wasek, 28, was released one hour after being arrested on a $10,000 bond per charge for a total of $280,000, and the condition that he not contact the complainants.
KXAN also reported that court records show the secret videos are believed to have been recorded in multiple different locations dating back to 2021, including a downtown Austin condo and a vacation home in Telluride, Colorado, both owned by Mitchell Wasek’s parents.
