Anytime someone is working outdoors, they should be on the lookout for wild animals. While most are harmless, some can be deadly when they feel their territory is being invaded.

Sadly for one Texas woman, she had to try and avoid not one, but two different animals recently when she was attacked by both a snake and a hawk while mowing the lawn.

On Tuesday, Peggy Jones of Silsbee, Texas was mowing the lawn when something happened most would find hard to believe. A snake fell from the sky and quickly wrapped itself around her arm. Before she could get the snake off, a hawk swooped down and began attacking her as well. According to NBC DFW, Jones suffered deep cuts and bruises on her forearm from the attack and was rushed to the emergency room by her husband.

"I was yelling and screaming. He didn’t know what I was saying. I thought I was bit by a snake," said Jones. Luckily, she is now recovering from her injuries and has even gone back working on her yard. Not even a combination snake and hawk attack can stop this woman.
