Republican media personality and former prosecutor Kimberly Guilfoyle – fiancée of Donald Trump, Jr. – will start hosting a new show on the online video platform Rumble next month.
According to a Tuesday press release, “The Kimberly Guilfoyle Show” will debut March 2, and new episodes will be released twice a week.
Guilfoyle, 53, was born in San Francisco, Calif., and was formerly married to Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom, per a Business Insider report. She graduated from UC Davis and then went to law school at the University of San Francisco while modeling for Victoria’s Secret.
Guilfoyle worked as a prosecutor, deputy district attorney and assistant district attorney in California before moving to New York City to begin her TV career. She started out at Court TV and CNN before joining Fox News in 2006. Guilfoyle stayed at Fox through 2018 and defended Fox News chief Roger Ailes when he was accused of sexual harassment.
She then became a “top figure” in then-President Donald Trump’s 2020 campiagn for reelection, said Business Insider, and was the chair of the Trump Victory fundraising committee. Last year, Guilfoyle and Trump Jr., 45, officially announced their engagement.
In addition to Newsom, Guilfoyle was also married to Eric Villency, a former model and CEO of an interior design firm in New York. They have a son together.
“Guilfoyle took center stage in August for a speech at the Republican National Convention, where she sparked headlines with her signature fiery speaking style and exaggerated claims about her background and the president's campaign,” said Business Insider.
According to Rumble, Guilfoyle is “known for her candor and tough, no-nonsense analysis,” and her show “will cover everything from politics, law, entertainment and pop culture.”
It also said that “nothing is off limits,” which appears to be in line with the company’s mission to “create technologies that are immune to cancel culture.”
“I am excited to launch ‘The Kimberly Guilfoyle Show’ on Rumble,” said Guilfoyle, per the press release. “In a world where most Big Tech and media platforms routinely censor views that challenge establishment orthodoxy, it’s a breath of fresh air to work with a company like Rumble that values free and uncensored speech. You can trust that nothing will be off limits and that I will always speak my mind without fear.”
